This privacy policy applies to the openagent.id website and related web properties.

SDKs and libraries related to the Open Agent Specification are designed to run on your infrastructure. Your use of those components is governed by the applicable repository documentation and licenses.

If a specific SDK or tool collects telemetry or makes network calls by default, it should be documented in that component’s repository. Treat the repository as the canonical source for implementation behavior.

We use industry-standard transport encryption for the website.

No security measure is perfect. If you believe you have found a security issue, please follow the disclosure process.

You may contact us to request deletion of personal data we may hold from direct communications (for example, emails you sent us).

If you are located in a jurisdiction with additional legal rights (for example, GDPR/EEA or CCPA/California), those rights may apply to you.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.
